Why This Matters for High School Athletes

Most high school athletes aren’t taught how fueling, hydration, and recovery impact their training. As a result, many struggle with:
❌ Skipping meals & underfueling → leading to low energy, poor workouts, and higher injury risk.
❌ Falling for diet trends → thinking less food = better performance.
❌ Overtraining without proper recovery → causing burnout and plateaus.

We’re here to change that by providing simple, science-backed strategies to help you train smarter and stronger—without restrictive diets or extreme rules.
